Dynapace offers both edge carry and flat belt conveyors designed to carry large and heavy weight product. Have a board 24 inches wide, 42 inches long, 1/2 inch thick, weighing 75 lbs. that only has .125 inch edge clearance? Standard conveyors just don't work in this application. Dynapace has created a full line of PCB edge carry handling systems especially designed to handle large and/or heavy product. We also offer a line of flat belt conveyors with 24 or 48? belt widths available.

Heavy Duty Incline Wave Feed Conveyor

Edge carry adjustable incline feed conveyor is designed for easy set-up and alignment. This conveyor is used to feed wave solder machines. Positioned at 6 degrees, it has heavy duty belt rails capable of handling pallets up to 20 lbs. each.

Heavy Duty Edge Carry Wave Unload

Incline/Decline Wave Exit conveyor matches the exit angle of the wave solder machine and then declines the PCB or pallet to transfer to the next process. The unit shown includes an optional cooling hood on the decline section and hand crank width or follow-the-leader width adjustment to track the width of the solder wave conveyor.
